PDF Watermark
Stamp every page
What is PDF Watermark?
Stamp text on every page of a PDF — "DRAFT", "CONFIDENTIAL", a copyright line, or a URL. Choose position (top, centre-diagonal, bottom), font size, opacity, colour, and whether to rotate the text 45° for a classic diagonal watermark. Useful for marking drafts, preventing casual reuse of shared copies, or stamping a review status across a document.
How do I use PDF Watermark?
- Drop a PDF onto the upload zone.
- Type the watermark text and pick a position.
- Adjust font size, opacity, and colour until it reads cleanly without overwhelming the content.
- Click Apply, then Download.
When should I use PDF Watermark?
PDF Watermark marks every page of a PDF. For a one-image watermark, use Image Watermark. To remove an existing watermark, you'll need a server-side tool — most client-side engines can't selectively delete visual overlays.
Can the watermark be removed later?
Visible watermarks are burned into the page content stream, so they cannot be un-toggled by a reader. A user with a PDF editor could cover or crop them — for immovable marking, rasterise the page first.
Can I use an image logo instead of text?
Yes. Upload a PNG (ideally with a transparent background) and the tool will place it across every page at the anchor and opacity you choose.
Will the watermark appear on every page?
Yes by default. Use the page-range input to apply it to specific pages only.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Your files never leave your device, and there is no server component for this tool.
