A tool is broken on my file — can you fix it?
Send the steps to reproduce, your browser + OS, and (if you're comfortable) a sample file. We'll investigate and usually push a fix inside a week.
Can you add a tool for X?
Send the idea! We prioritise tools that (a) can run client-side, (b) solve a concrete workflow, and (c) don't duplicate something we already have.
Can we partner / integrate / advertise?
Email with a short description of what you have in mind. We read everything.
