By using StuHub you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.
1. What the service is
StuHub is a collection of free, in-browser utility tools. Most tools run entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded. A few clearly labelled tools make read-only requests to third-party APIs (e.g. live currency rates).
2. Acceptable use
- Don't use the tools to process content you don't have the right to handle.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the site beyond normal browser use.
- Don't use the tools to create anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to others.
3. No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We try to make the tools work well, but we don't guarantee any particular accuracy, completeness, or availability. Always keep independent backups of important files — the browser tools process your content locally, but bugs happen and browsers crash.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StuHub, its maintainers, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Direct liability is capped at the amount you paid to use the service, which is $0.
5. Third-party links and services
The site may link out to third-party resources (documentation, partner sites) or load third-party scripts (Google Analytics, Google AdSense) subject to your consent choice. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices — consult their own terms.
6. Intellectual property
The StuHub name, logo, and site design are ours. The underlying tool code may be open-sourced in part on our GitHub; when it is, the licence file in that repository governs its use.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be announced on the home page and dated at the top of this document.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StuHub is operated. [TODO: specify jurisdiction before launch.]
