What is Bulk Resize?

Resize a batch of images at once with a shared max-dimension and optional format change (JPG, PNG, WEBP, or match-source). Preserves aspect ratio, uses high-quality hermite filtering, and downloads the result as a zip. Great for preparing a folder of photos for web publication, shrinking a whole camera roll for email, or standardising thumbnails in one go.

How do I use Bulk Resize?

  1. Drop multiple images onto the upload zone.
  2. Set the max long side and output format.
  3. Adjust quality for JPG/WebP outputs.
  4. Click "Resize & download .zip".

When should I use Bulk Resize?

Bulk Resize handles many files at once. For a single image with precise control (exact pixel dimensions, aspect lock), use Image Resizer. To rename files without changing pixels, use File Renamer.

Frequently asked
How many images can I resize at once?

Hundreds — the tool streams images one at a time so memory use stays bounded. The practical limit is browser RAM and patience.

Can I apply different settings per image?

No — one target (width / height / format / quality) applied to every file. For per-image adjustments, use the single-image Image Resizer.

How do I download the results?

A single ZIP containing every resized image, preserving original filenames (with optional suffix, e.g. name-resized.jpg).

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Your files never leave your device, and there is no server component for this tool.
