Anything the tool could not map is listed on screen after conversion.
Can I convert an old .doc file?
No. Legacy .doc is an entirely different binary format, not a variant of .docx, and reading it is a separate problem. Open it in Word or LibreOffice and save it as .docx first; the tool tells you this rather than failing obscurely.
Will my fonts be preserved?
